Coaching for teens in the age of AI.

We focus on deep, critical conversation that respects your teen's intelligence — whether the goal is using AI wisely, launching a project, or beating procrastination.

Founding-family rates while we launch: heavily reduced, with need‑based spots available.

What we work on

Three ways in.

Every engagement is one-on-one and starts with a discovery session. From there, it takes one of three shapes.

AI Fluency & Responsibility

Using AI in the wrong manner can undermine necessary learning in any subject. This coaching focuses on how to use AI as a supplemental tool, not one to completely offload your thinking.

  • A philosophy of thinking and learning
  • A real project, built end to end
  • A personal workflow that works for you
  • Practice on real things from your life, schoolwork included

Specific Goals

Specific goals are great! This is coaching for when there's a specific goal in mind. Whether it's learning a language, starting a business, or studying for a hard test, we've been there and can help.

  • Progress frameworks: time-boxing, breadcrumbing, and more
  • The highest-value work to reach the finish line, scary task first
  • Accountability built in: check-in texts between sessions
  • What's your motivation?

General Goals

Sometimes life is just hard. We've spent countless hours talking through procrastination, screen addiction, and perfectionism. We'd love to share what we've seen work.

  • A relatable coach: conversation, not lecture
  • Finding what works for you, not a one‑size‑fits‑all plan
  • Shared experience: you're not the first to face this
  • An actionable plan you can start this week

How it works

From first call to real momentum.

01

Parent consultation

Free, 30 minutes. You tell us about your teen; we explain exactly how coaching works. We both decide if it's a fit.

02

Meet-the-coach call

Your teen and their coach talk, mostly without you. Coaching only works if they choose it.

03

Discovery session

We map strengths, friction points, and how the week actually goes, then pick one 90-day goal your teen genuinely wants.

04

The weekly rhythm

Regular 1:1 sessions, anytime messaging in between, and a written summary to you after every session.

What you get

Everything included, month to month.

Sessions run weekly or every other week, whatever fits your teen's season. Everything else comes standard.

1:1 sessions

Deep, critical conversation, focused entirely on your teen.

Anytime messaging

Your teen can reach their coach whenever. We respond within 24 hours.

Parent summaries

A written recap after every session. You're never guessing.

Monthly check-in

Once a month, we talk through progress and what can help at home.

A 90-day goal

Every engagement is built around one goal your teen actually wants.

Month to month

No long-term contract. Stay because it's working.

Founding-family rates while we launch, with need-based spots available. We'll land on the right fit in the parent consultation.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-looking: goals, habits, skills. If something comes up that calls for a licensed professional, we'll say so plainly and help you find one.

What if my teen doesn't want a coach?

Then we won't take them on. The meet-the-coach call exists so your teen can decide for themselves — coaching imposed on a teenager doesn't work, and we don't sell it. That said, we're confident: once they've actually talked with their coach, teens buy in.

How do parents stay in the loop?

You get a written summary after every session and a monthly check-in. Summaries cover themes and commitments. We protect your teen's trust, and they always know what we share.

Can we cancel?

Anytime, effective at the end of the billing month. No long-term contract.

Start with a conversation.

A free 30-minute call about your teen: what's going on, what "better" would look like, and whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way.
